Topical aerosol wound healing agent for the treatment and protection of wounds in animals.
DESCRIPTION:
Bactrovet Plata is an aerosol wound healing agent with high adherence, formulated with silver sulfadiazine, aluminum, DDVP, and cypermethrin. It is designed for the preventive and therapeutic treatment of wounds, lacerations, myiasis, and skin erosions in animals. It forms a protective film that acts as an antimicrobial, antifungal, and hemostatic barrier, facilitating healing and preventing myiasis. It is ideal for routine procedures, surgeries, dehorning, and umbilical cord care in newborns.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
- Silver Sulfadiazine: 0.1 g/100 g
- Aluminum: 5.0 g/100 g
- DDVP: 1.6 g/100 g
- Cypermethrin: 0.4 g/100 g
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Administer Bactrovet Plata following these technical instructions:
- Dosage: Shake the container before each use and apply a uniform layer over the wound or affected area.
- Procedure: Spray the product from a distance of 10 to 20 cm, ensuring complete coverage of the damaged area and a perilesional zone of at least 5 cm. Allow a protective film to form on the skin.
- Precautions: Do not apply to deep wounds without veterinary supervision. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
