Broad-spectrum emulsifiable concentrate insecticide for controlling pests in agricultural crops.

DESCRIPTION:

Bala 55 is an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) insecticide formulated with Chlorpyrifos and Cypermethrin, which acts by contact, inhalation, and ingestion. Its neurotoxic action interferes with the insect's nervous system by inhibiting the acetylcholinesterase enzyme and altering the sodium channel, causing paralysis and death. It is suitable for applications in open-field and greenhouse crops, offering rapid effectiveness and acceptable persistence.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

• Chlorpyrifos: 500 g/L
• Cypermethrin: 50 g/L

APPLICATION METHOD:

Administer Bala 55 following these technical guidelines:

• Dosage: Apply between 1.0 and 2.0 L per hectare, depending on the crop and level of infestation.
• Procedure: Dilute the recommended dose in water and apply via foliar spray, ensuring uniform coverage of the plant canopy. Avoid application in strong wind conditions or with imminent precipitation. Repeat application when necessary, according to the economic injury level and the pest's life cycle.
• Precautions: Do not apply within 21 days prior to harvest. Use personal protective equipment during product preparation and application. Store in its original container, away from children, pets, and food, and avoid contaminating water sources.
