Broad-spectrum antibiotic with anti-inflammatory action for the treatment of infectious diseases in animals.

DESCRIPTION:

Class is a combination of penicillins and dihydrostreptomycin, formulated for the treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to these antibiotics. Its bactericidal action is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, making it ideal for the management of bacterial pneumonia, mastitis, metritis, adenitis, navel infections, diphtheria, swine erysipelas, pasteurellosis, and other infectious diseases. Additionally, it contains diclofenac sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps reduce pain and inflammation without affecting safety in pregnant females.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

• Penicillin G Benzathine: 3,000,000 IU
• Penicillin G Procaine: 1,500,000 IU
• Penicillin G Potassium: 1,500,000 IU
• Dihydrostreptomycin: 2,500 mg
• Diclofenac sodium: 230 mg

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Administer Class following these instructions:

• Dosage:
  • Cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, and goats: 1 ml per 15 kg of body weight
  • Dogs: 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight
  • Repeat the dose after 48 to 72 hours, as directed by a veterinarian.
• Procedure:
  • Administer by deep intramuscular injection with sterile 16G or 18G needles.
  • The dilution should be prepared at the time of use, mixing the powder with the diluent and shaking vigorously until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
  • Do not inject more than 20 ml per injection site.
• Precautions:
  • Do not administer to animals with hypersensitivity to penicillins or streptomycin.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
  • The suspension is stable for 7 days if refrigerated.
