DESCRIPTION:
Farmagzinc is an injectable solution designed to correct mineral deficiencies that directly affect the health and productivity of production animals. Its combination of magnesium, calcium, and zinc ensures a balanced supply of essential minerals for energy metabolism, neuromuscular function, and skin and hoof integrity.
Magnesium is fundamental in preventing hypomagnesemia, a condition that can cause tetany and neuromuscular disorders in cattle. Calcium contributes to bone strengthening and the regulation of metabolic processes, while zinc promotes healing, skin health, and resistance to infections.
Farmagzinc is especially indicated in the treatment of conditions such as foot rot, proliferative plantar pododermatitis, teat cracks, preputial sores, and parakeratosis, pathologies that compromise animal productivity and welfare. Its periodic application under veterinary discretion ensures healthier animals with improved reproductive and productive performance.
COMPOSITION:
- Magnesium gluconate monohydrate: 30.00 g
- Calcium gluconate dihydrate: 15.00 g
- Zinc gluconate dihydrate: 8.00 g
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Dosage:
- Cattle: 10 to 15 ml per animal
- Sheep, goats, and camelids: 1 ml per 10 kg of live weight
- Pigs: 1 ml per 10 kg of live weight
- Intramuscular route
Procedure:
- Administer by deep intramuscular injection.
- Adjust the dosage according to the animal's body weight and clinical condition.
