Broad-spectrum ectoparasiticide for the control of ticks and mites in cattle and dogs.

DESCRIPTION:

Fulminado 20.8% is a tickicide and acaricide formulated with amitraz, designed for the treatment and control of Boophilus microplus, Amblyomma cajennense in cattle and Riphicephalus sanguineus in dogs, including varieties resistant to organophosphates. It is also highly effective in controlling scabies mites, providing prolonged protection and improving the health of treated animals.

Its mode of action interferes with the parasites' nerve receptors, causing paralysis, detachment, and death of ticks and mites. Its application via spray bath ensures uniform coverage, maximizing the treatment's effectiveness. In addition, its formula is designed to be safe for adult animals, helping to reduce the parasitic load in livestock production environments.

This product is ideal for cattle and dogs, ensuring effective elimination of parasitic infestations and reducing contamination of pastures and resting areas.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

• Amitraz: 208 mg/ml

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

• Dosage:
  • Spray bath: 1 ml of Fulminado 20.8% per liter of water.
  • Coverage: 1 liter of solution covers 100 kg of live weight.
• Procedure:
  • Prepare the dilution immediately before application, as the product degrades within 48 hours.
  • Apply evenly over the animal's body, ensuring contact with the skin.
  • Do not use in dip baths.
  • Repeat treatment according to the level of infestation and under veterinary supervision.
• Precautions:
  • Do not slaughter animals for human consumption until 14 days after the last treatment.
  • Milk from treated animals should not be used for human consumption until 24 hours after the last treatment.
  • Do not apply to horses or animals younger than 3 months.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
